I don’t dare look at the date of my last posting. Not that I think anyone’s looking, but this isn’t exactly “dear diary” and I’m not about to write every day about every random thought I may have. And as I write this, there’s something goofy about the screen and as I type, the words disappear behind the column to the right, for instance right after the word “column” – even though I’m still typing! Or is that “keying” now. What do younger people say who have never actually typed on a typewriter?

No one reading this imagines I’m young enough NOT to have used typewriters, right?

Well, I’m going to try again after WordPress fixes this annoying screen. Just too distracting. How is that for a great excuse not to write any more today?
